I would like to take a moment to give you some feedback on your technician Elder. Just wanted to send him a shout out for always going above and beyond for us and our homeowners. Everytime he is on call, we meet up and he takes the time to explain what he is doing and teaches me. As an example, we met at homesite 191, a home where we have had continuous issues only to find out by Elder that the homeowner's charger was the culprit. Today we were at homesite 441 and he taught me how the GFI circuits work. I could've reset the GFI everyday, 10 times a day and would not have resulted in a positive fix. He found a loose wire in one of the outlets that only caused the problem intermittently. His troubleshooting is amazing! And I love learning from him.
